Abrasive blasting

Abrasive blasting is mainly used to remove paint and rust from metal surfaces. During removal of rust we also achieve a rough profile of the surface to ensure better adhesion of paint and other coatings. We use only high quality coatings for corrosion protection. 

Our goals are:

• ensuring the best surface protection;
• prolonging the durability of products;
• improving the appearance of the final product.

Surface preparation

We offer different methods of surface preparation:

• hand and power tool cleaning up to stages (P) St 2 or (P) St 3 according to the standard SIST EN ISO 12944-4;
• power tool cleaning to bare metal according to the standard SSPC-SP-11;
• abrasive blasting of surfaces up to stages (P) Sa 1, Sa 2, Sa 2 1/2, Sa 3 according to the standard SIST EN ISO 12944-4 with different abrasives and techniques;
• ultra high-pressure water cleaning according to the SSPC-SP 12/NACE No. 5 standard.

When it comes to corrosion protection, surface preparation is essential. If it is not done well, all additional work may be in vain. At our company Tekol d.d., we ensure a high level of quality, as we have been working in this field since 1948.

Spray painting

• air assisted;
• HVLP;
• airless.

We also perform the following procedures:

Thermal spraying with zinc, aluminium or other alloys.

In addition to providing the necessary equipment, we pay special attention to the training and education of our personnel who carry out spray painting and thermal spraying. Because in addition to the appropriate equipment, they are a key factor, affecting the final quality of the implemented corrosion protection.
